Our rates
Initial consultation
In-person or online, this first session lets us get to know each other and begin thinking about how we can work together to meet your goals.

Standard session
In-person or online, regular sessions provide us a chance to work together, using a range of therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness or exposure and response prevention.
50 mins | $250
Reports
When required (e.g., for NDIS) or desired, reports detail the referral reason, treatment provided and progress towards therapeutic goals. Please note that we do not complete family or legal/court reports.
$250 hourly rate (charged per 15 mins of time)
Medicare
You are able to claim a Medicare rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year with a mental health care plan from your GP. As of July 2024, the rebate is $141.85. Please give us a call if you require information about how to ask your GP for a mental health care plan. Session fees cover all medicare reporting requirements such as letters and reports to your GP.
NDIS
We can provide services for clients with NDIS funding who are self-managed or plan-managed.
Telehealth
We are happy to offer telehealth/online sessions so you can access our services from anywhere in Australia, or easily fit a session into your busy work or studying schedule.
Payment
We process all payments via EFT through our secure, online booking system, Halaxy. We do not charge credit card processing fees. Halaxy uses Braintree (PayPal) to securely encrypt and process payments. We are also able to automatically process your medicare rebates for you. Please click here for more information.
Cancellation fees
A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled fee will be charged for cancellations received with 24-48hrs notice. A cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled fee will be charged for cancellations received with less than 24 hrs notice or no show. We have an active cancellation list and if someone else is able to take your cancelled spot, no cancellation fee is charged. Medicare rebates are not available for cancelled sessions.
Accessibility
Our offices are step free and there is enough space in the therapy room for a wheelchair to move. We have dimmable light switches, do not have any strong smelling candles/diffusers/perfumes and have a rotating collection of fidget toys. We can give extra processing time in conversations, we don't force eye contact, we are fine with stimming, we can give brain and/or movement breaks, and use visual or written supports. Feel free to bring along a support person if you would like one. Basically, we want to support you to access therapy in the way that works best for you!
